Masquerading Love

Relationships are not to be taken lightly. A relationship will forever change our lives. It is not if a relationship will change your life, it is how. I have decided that one of my greatest passions are to discuss relationships, and to seek out Gods best on the topic of relationships. When I think of all the issues that we face as a culture; I  can see that it all boils down to relationships and the health of them. How are your relationships? Who have you chose to align your life with? Who have you given access to your heart? Without peace and security in our own hearts we are in danger. The danger comes when we are looking for others to fill up our void. We become users, just  as much as we are used by others. The rejection and shame grows and the hole grows deeper and wider. Our desperation to be loved grows and grows but the discontentment flourishes on the lies of the world. The world says to use, and be used. Is there no better way to experience love? There are many cheap imitations to love that are masquerading about waiting to dance with us. Yet, nothing seems to reach the pit of loneliness, nor touches our hurting heart. The caresses from countless lovers could never revive a broken heart. It is the love of the heavenly father that will only shatter the lies from hell. Then we are free to experience wholeness and joy in our relationships.
